Naples Everglades
Leave Orlando for the day and head instead to the Florida Everglades. You can skim across miles of pristine swampland in an airboat and see the wilder side of Florida. The legendary 'sea of grass' is truly one of the wonders of the natural world, and home to a large population of American alligators. You may also see some of the Everglades' other reclusive residents such as the osprey, otter, and blue heron. After an exhilarating ride it's time for lunch and an afternoon on one of the USA's top ten beaches. End the day with a sunset cruise along the intra-coastal waterway in delightful Naples for a look at how the other half lives.
