Why not hoof it over to Arabian Nights, consistently voted best dinner show in town by readers of the Orlando Sentinel. It's a family owned enterprise that's without doubt, a labor of love. Everything here revolves around the whims of the 50 or so equine residents, who enjoy the royal treatment 24 hours a day. The show involves a handsome prince, a beautiful princess, and of course a genie. Not to mention a cast of dancing stallions, white Lippizaner's, charioteers and unicorns! The large air-conditioned arena affords everyone an excellent view of the proceedings. The action is set against a backdrop of icy mists and atmospheric fogs, and this has to be the only place in Orlando where it snows on a daily basis! The horsemanship is outstanding and the show gallops along, accompanied by an excellent prime rib dinner with unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks. Stick around for the end where members of the cast are released into the arena to blow off steam and meet their adoring public.

Liking horses is a plus, but it's not a prerequisite to having a great time. There's lot's of action, plenty of comedic interludes, and heaps of red, white and blue. The food is consistently better than your average dinner show and the colorful costumes and various special effects definitely add sparkle. |
