Our Clermont office is open Monday through Friday 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST). WE ARE CLOSED WEEKENDS. If you have a 'last minute' order, we recommend you call and to speak to one of our customer service representatives.
Please note that all UK orders will be sent to UK customers via our UK office (Tel. 01344 890400).
Shipping Options
- Free Disney Shipping - Free Standard Shipping for all ONLINE orders that contain Disney tickets.
- Standard - Certified Mail (US 7-10 business days) or Registered Post (UK 14 business days).
- Worldwide shipping - delivery time varies by location.
- Express delivery - 2-3 business days depending on location.
- Disney tickets are also available via E-mail for you to print out and use. These are official Disney "Will Call" certificates to be exchanged at any Disney guest service location.
- Hotel Delivery - Check-in date and reservation details required.
- Free Office Pickup - No Charge for tickets collected from our Clermont office Monday through Friday 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST). WE ARE CLOSED WEEKENDS. (Clermont is approximately a 30 min drive from the Walt Disney World Resort Area. Consider paying the $5 basic shipping charge - it may be cheaper than the gas you will use!)
