Refund Policy


Refunds
Tickets may be returned to us for a full refund less an admin/restocking fee of 10% of the total order. Please allow 30 days to allow for verification that tickets have not been used.Partially used tickets will not be refunded.

Cancelled Orders
Providing that tickets have not been shipped, tickets may be cancelled less a $25 (£12) handling fee.

Lost Tickets
Refunds cannot be given on lost tickets. Replacement tickets will only be issued if the original tickets can be electronically cancelled.

Returned Tickets
Partially used tickets will not be refunded. Tickets returned unused are subject to an admin/restocking fee of 10% of the total order. Allow 30 days for processing to verify tickets have not been used.

Lost Vouchers
Refunds cannot be given on lost vouchers. Replacement vouchers will only be issued if the original vouchers can be electronically cancelled.

Returned Vouchers
Vouchers returned unused are subject to an administrative/restocking fee of 10% of the total order. Refunds are only available where an attractions admission voucher has NOT been exchanged at the guest service window of the relevant attraction.

Requesting A Refund
To request a refund, you should send the unused tickets/admission vouchers and a signed letter from the credit card holder via certified mail, briefly explaining the circumstances. Send it along with your name and address to:

*Admission vouchers/tickets paid for with a credit card will be refunded to the same credit card. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the proper documentation.
